Vintage Tourney Gore-Tex Mens Pants Waterproof Size Small Elastic Waist Blue.
The pants are in great condition but they have been altered. It looks like the leg zippers were added and the elastic waist was altered. There are some openings on both side legs not tears nor pockets, not sure what they are they looks part of the style. Material does not stretch.
