Zipper and Velcro flap closure. High neck, when fully zipped. Sleeves, including interior lining that extends beyond the cuff with Thumbholes. Zip under arm vents. interior pockets and pass loop including a strip with snaps for attaching snow pants. Jacket is 100% polyester. Measurements are approximate and taken while laying flat: 29 inches shoulder to hem, 23 inches from armpit to armpit and 27 inches from the shoulder seam to cuff not including the thumb hole loop. Please note there are snaps for a hood, but the hood is long gone and not included in this purchase.
