Overall, these are in great shape.
The fabric in liners have worn through in the heel area.
Other than that, these look good to me.

I am putting USPS option and FedX shipping option.
If you choose FedX you need to allow up to two weeks for these to be shipped. We live 30 miles from the nearest Fed X drop off and we don't go to town regularly. It usually isn't that long before someone goes to town, but sometimes.
If you choose USPS and can ship within 1-2 days.
