These bindings are in cosmetically rough shape. The ratchets all work. I can't guarantee the straps won't need replacing. I know they can age out sometimes. They're topically rough as shown. But all in all they can still be used with a little love. They work now but just don't know how long the ratchet straps will last. No mounting hardware. See photos for details as they're an equal part of the description. They're a medium binding for women. Sold as is. No returns. Sorry. So please know it's what you want before you buy.
