The bag has a little exterior dust from storage but it is like.new. will come shipped folded once to reduce shipping costs, does not affect bag in any way. The last buyer complained about a crease where it was folded in the inner mylar layer. A CREASE. they returned it. If you don't want one with the original creases from the manufacturer then please do not make any offers. wheels don't look like they have any wear. May have been used once.or twice but no real signs of use besides a little bit of dust from storage. Otherwise clean with no scratches gouges or scuffs
